Welcome To Hampton River Marina News Section |
Click Here for Hurricane Plan 2008 We would like to welcome everyone this 2008 summer season. We still have a few slips available as well as some rack valet service spots; please contact the office for more information. The Marina is an official Fusion Hotspot for customers who prefer wireless internet service. Connection instructions are on our bulletin board located at the office entrance, or in the office. Full cable TV and internet service are still available through Comcast. If you have not already done so, please submit an insurance binder and a spare set of keys to the office. Insurance is required of all boats using the marina. A set of keys is requested for emergency purposes only. Just as a reminder, the Hampton River Bridge monitors Ch. 13 on VHF. A bridge schedule and a tide chart are posted on our bulletin board with copies available in the office. The Marina monitors Ch. 11 on VHF. Should you need any assistance in docking or departing the marina, please call on Ch. 11. All marina staff members will carry handheld VHF’s. Please allow adequate time for us to get to your dock. We would once again like to cooperate with our slip customers to provide transient docking slips to cruising boaters. If you contact the office and provide details of when you will be out of your slip, we will refund you 20% of the transient fee collected if we use your slip. Memberships to the Yacht Club at Waters Edge are available to marina members. Please contact Marie O’Keefe, at 603/669-6114. Please make good use of our pump-out system. There is no charge for use. Automatic stanchions are located at the end of D Dock and the old gas dock. Simply pull up, put the hose to your system and push the green button. The system is connected directly to the Town’s wastewater treatment system. If you don’t go out, a portable system is available for F, G and H Docks. Please contact the office if you need assistance with your pump out needs. We continue to have the State DES and science groups sampling our waters and shellfish in the area. Please do your share in keeping our harbor clean. |
